The White Swan is entering an exciting new chapter. As we prepare to open our newly developed restaurant in the heart of Shawell, we’re looking for a talented Chef de Partie to join our fresh‑food, quality‑driven kitchen team.

This is a chance to be part of a brand‑new opening — shaping standards, influencing dishes, and helping build a kitchen with real ambition from day one.

About the Role

You’ll run your section with confidence, preparing and cooking dishes to the high standard our guests expect. Working closely with our Head Chef, you’ll help deliver a menu built on seasonality, flavour and proper gastropub cooking.
