Chef de Partie

Established 9 months ago Imaginarium 1876 is an exciting new restaurant at the Elizabeth Quarter in the heart of Scunthorpe.

By day we’ll serve modern café favourites; by night we offer a relaxed social dining experience offering small plates & classics.

We’re a family-run, community-focused venue looking for a passionate Chef de Partie/senior commis to help bring our vision to life.

What you’ll do:

· Take full ownership of your section to deliver consistent, high-quality dishes

· Support with menu development, and kitchen organisation.

· Maintain excellent mise en place, organisation, and cleanliness

· Uphold strong food safety standards including allergen control and temperature checks

· Work closely with the Head and Sous Chef to ensure smooth service

· Support and guide junior team members

What we’re looking for:

· Experience as a Chef de Partie, or a strong Commis ready to step up

· Passionate about creativity, quality, and attention to detail

· Confident in a busy service environment and calm under pressure

· Reliable, proactive, and excited to be part of a brand-new opening

· Strong understanding of food hygiene, kitchen processes, and presentation standards

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £11.00-£13.00 per hour
