Fern is looking for a talented Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team. We're all about great food, quality ingredients, and creating a brilliant experience for our guests — and we want someone who shares that same drive for consistency and craft.

The Role

• Run a section with confidence and consistency during service
• Prepare and cook dishes to a high standard, maintaining consistency across every plate
• Support the Head Chef in developing and refining dishes
• Manage mise en place, stock rotation, and waste on your section
• Work closely with the wider kitchen team to keep pace and quality high during busy periods
• Maintain full compliance with food safety and hygiene standards

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or strong experience as a senior Demi Chef ready to step up
• Solid all-round section experience (larder, sauce, grill, pastry — depending on section)
• Ability to work with pace and precision under pressure
• A genuine passion for quality food and attention to detail
• Team player who thrives in a collaborative kitchen

Pay: From £14.00 per hour
