Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable team member to join our professional kitchen team, led by Head Chef Leon Foster.

In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering high-quality meals and ensuring great dining experiences for our guests. Evenings & Weekends

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
• Ensure the kitchen is clean, organized, and compliant with food safety regulations.
• Assist in meal preparation and presentation for service.
• Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
• Maintain a positive working environment and contribute to team morale.

Requirements

• Strong culinary skills with knowledge of food preparation techniques.
• Familiarity with food safety standards and regulations.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
