 Our team is expanding, and we are on the lookout for a Chef De Partie to join us and work alongside dynamic Head Chef and Hospitality Manager team, located in Beveridge, 45 minutes north of the CBD.

The Role 
As a qualified Chef, you will assist our Head Chef to deliver high-quality, innovative and fresh food.

Key elements of this role include, but are not limited to:

• Certificate III/IV in Commercial Cookery and experience within a commercial style kitchen
• Understanding HACCP practices
• A passion for the industry is a must
• Ability to work autonomously or in a team
• Experience in all areas of a commercial kitchen
• Maintaining an up-to-date knowledge on current food trends.

To be successful in this role the candidate will be able to demonstrate:

• Previous experience as a qualified Chef in a similar environment
• Effective communication skills with staff, management, and suppliers
• Flare, enthusiasm, and passion for the industry
• The flexibility to work over a seven-days, evenings, and public holidays

 This is a full-time salaried position, with excellent working conditions.  Relevant visa/citizenship status to work in Australia is a requirement.
