Job Description

North Willow Consulting is hiring an experienced Chef de Partie (CDP) for a reputed restaurant and hospitality client in Kolkata.

We are looking for a skilled kitchen professional with strong experience in Indian and Tandoor cuisine, along with sound knowledge of kitchen planning and kitchen documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle preparation and execution of Indian and Tandoor dishes
• Manage the assigned kitchen section efficiently
• Maintain consistency in food quality, taste and presentation
• Support kitchen planning and day-to-day kitchen operations
• Maintain required kitchen paperwork and records
• Coordinate with other kitchen team members for smooth operations
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and food-safety standards in the assigned section
• Ensure proper preparation and timely execution of orders

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of relevant professional kitchen experience
• Strong hands-on knowledge of Indian and Tandoor cuisine
• Good knowledge of kitchen planning and kitchen paperwork
• Experience working in a restaurant/hotel kitchen
• Ability to handle the assigned section independently
• Immediate joiners preferred

Salary: Rs. 32,000 - Rs. 33,000 per month, in hand
Weekly Off: Rotational
