Chef de Partie

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food for the bar and Happy Hour menu, including bar snacks, light bites and other food items
• Ensure food quality, taste, presentation and portion consistency
• Assist with daily food preparation and kitchen operations
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen
• Ensure proper storage and handling of food items
• Manage the assigned kitchen section and ensure food is prepared on time
• Follow food safety and workplace safety requirements

Requirements

• Relevant experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar kitchen position
• Experience in preparing bar food, snacks or casual dining food will be an advantage
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Able to work afternoon and evening shifts from 2:00pm to 11:00pm
• Good knowledge of food hygiene and kitchen safety practices
