Chef de Partie – L'ETO Group

Location: Dubai/Abu Dhabi/ UAE

Role Purpose

To manage an assigned kitchen section and ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality Mediterranean dishes while maintaining L’ETO’s standards of food quality, presentation, and service.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare cold dishes and hot dishes according to recipes and standards
• Ensure consistency in food quality, taste, and presentation
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards at all times
• Manage mise en place and support smooth kitchen operations during service
• Assist with inventory control, stock levels, and waste reduction
• Properly use and maintain kitchen equipment
• Support continuous improvement through teamwork and guest feedback

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the same role
• Strong knowledge of Mediterranean cuisine
• Experience working with fish, seafood, meats, pasta and breakfast items
• Good understanding of food safety, allergens, and hygiene standards
• Team player with strong attention to detail and a positive attitude
• Eager to learn, develop, and grow within the business
