Excuse My French is a French restaurant, wine bar and épicerie based in Ranelagh, Dublin 6. Small team, authentic and demanding cooking (everything is homemade) friendly atmosphere.

We're looking for a full-time Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team.

What we offer:

• €15.50/h + tips
• Full-time position
• Small, close-knit team
• 1 weekend off every two
• 3 to 4 days off per week
• No split shifts, continuous service within a 9am-10pm window, with breaks

What we're looking for:

Someone motivated, meticulous, and passionate about French cooking and made-from-scratch food, ideally with some experience as a Chef de Partie or in an equivalent role.
