Chef de Partie

Our 4.5 star hotel is looking for a Chef de Partie to join our friendly and professional team.

Your day-to-day

What do we do? We operate a Breakfast Buffet, hold Conferences/Meetings that require catering, provide Room Service and have a popular Dinner Ala carte menu! Join us and grow your experience and exposure into these areas.

Your day-to-day

• Prepare and cook food to a high level
• Assist with planning menus
• Assist with ordering supplies
• Train and relay information to new starters

What we need from you

• Be a strong team player and fit into a tight-knit team
• 1-3 years' experience in a similar role or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to work a minimum of 30 hours per week on an array of days. Including public holidays & weekends
• Demonstrate good knowledge of an array of cooking techniques
• Adhere to Crowne Plaza Brand Standards
• Be cleaner than clean – meet or exceed local cleanliness and hygiene laws
• Help create a safe space by following our safety procedures and wearing necessary protective equipment
