The Coats Group is looking for a passionate and motivated Chef de Partie to join our growing kitchen team. What You'll Be Doing

• Running your own section during busy lunch and dinner services.
• Preparing and presenting high-quality dishes with consistency.
• Maintaining exceptional food safety and hygiene standards.
• Assisting with stock control, ordering, and minimising wastage.
• Supporting and mentoring junior kitchen team members.
• Working closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to deliver an outstanding guest experience.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or an experienced Commis ready to step up.
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to perform under pressure.
• A positive attitude with a strong work ethic.
• Passion for fresh, quality ingredients and attention to detail.
• Full Australian working rights.

Pay: $79,500.00 – $80,000.00 per year
