About the role

Full-time, stable hours across Tuesday–Saturday service. Work directly under the new head chef in a focused, well-equipped kitchen. Own your section, contribute to prep and mise en place, and develop your skills in Roman regional cooking. Be part of a kitchen where quality is non-negotiable.

Key responsibilities

• Own your section and contribute to prep and mise en place
• Develop skills in Roman regional cooking
• Work directly under the head chef in a focused, well-equipped kitchen

About you

• At least 2 years' experience in a professional kitchen (Italian or European background ideal but not essential)
• Solid fundamentals: knife skills, organisation, consistency under pressure
• Reliability and pride in your work
• A genuine interest in learning traditional Italian technique
• Working rights in Australia
