Chef de Partie

Are you a passionate chef who knows your way around a grill, a plancha and a stack of burgers? Lebowskis is on the hunt for a talented Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team.

What You’ll Do:

• Run your section with confidence, whether it’s hot, cold, or grill
• Deliver consistently high-quality dishes in a fast-paced service environment
• Assist the Sous Chef and Head Chef in day-to-day kitchen operations
• Maintain top-notch hygiene and food safety standards
• Bring creativity and energy to every shift

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in a similar CDP or strong Commis Chef role
• A genuine love of cooking
• Solid understanding of kitchen practices and food hygiene (Level 2 Food Safety preferred)
• Calm under pressure and great with time management
