Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate Chef de Partie to join our culinary team, delivering high-quality menu items while maintaining kitchen hygiene, safety, and efficient operations.

Responsibilities

Assist the Head Chef in managing kitchen operations to ensure smooth workflow

Collaborate effectively with kitchen and restaurant team members to foster positive team dynamics

Prepare all menu items to meet established high-quality standards consistently

Acquire and maintain comprehensive knowledge of all company menu items and products

Follow kitchen SOPs and maintain strict food preparation and personal hygiene standards at all times

Manage daily kitchen operations by delivering consistent food quality, monitoring stock levels, and fulfilling customer needs promptly

Implement effective stock and fresh food rotation using FIFO procedures to minimize waste

Conduct waste management in compliance with regulations and company procedures

Comply with health and safety standards for kitchen and staff as required by government authorities

Recommend kitchen equipment needs, including cooking and service hardware, to support efficient operations

Maintain cleanliness and perform ongoing general maintenance of kitchen and food preparation areas

Required competencies and certifications

Minimum of 1 year of relevant cooking experience

Valid Food Safety Certification

Preferred competencies and qualifications

Mastery of basic cooking techniques
