Chef de Partie

St Catherine’s, one of the largest Oxford colleges, is seeking a Chef de Partie to join our professional team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a team passionate about producing great fresh food to restaurant standards. Our thriving conference business will give you experience of catering for large banquets, as well as formal private dinners and meals for students.

Salary: £30,695 - £33,585 per annum

With a 40 hour working week (5 days out of 7), we offer a great work/life balance with a friendly, supportive working environment and a range of benefits including parking, free gym, generous holiday allowance and free meals on duty.

You will be a strong team player, passionate about producing great food, and able to meet the high standards we require across all sections of the Kitchen. You will also be responsible for following the highest standards of food hygiene, allergen control and health & safety.

You should ideally be qualified to City and Guilds 7061/2 (or equivalent) or equivalent professional experience.
