We're looking for a passionate and talented Chef de Partie to join our team at Giffnock Café.

At Giffnock Café, we're passionate about great food. We work with fresh, high-quality ingredients, making as much as possible from scratch. If you take pride in cooking proper food and enjoy working in a creative, fast-paced kitchen, we'd love to hear from you.

What We Do

• Fresh breakfast, lunch and dinner service.
• Seasonal menus that change throughout the year.
• Creative evening small plates menu.
• Homemade dishes using fresh, locally sourced ingredients wherever possible.

What We're Looking For

• Experience as a Chef de Partie or a strong Commis Chef ready to step up.
• Passion for fresh food and quality cooking.
• Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining high standards.
• A positive attitude and great teamwork.
• Pride in cleanliness, organisation and consistency.
