Chef de Partie

Job Summary

We’re looking for a talented and passionate Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team at a high-end Italian restaurant.

We’re looking for someone with experience in Italian cuisine, who has knowledge of pizza making in a wood-fired oven along with all aspect of Italian cuisine and is confident running their own section during busy service.

Duties

Run and manage your own kitchen section to a high standard.

Prepare and cook high-quality Italian dishes.

Assist with wood-fired pizza preparation and cooking.

Maintain excellent food quality, presentation and consistency.

Work efficiently during busy services.

Maintain high standards of hygiene, organisation and food safety.

Support and work closely with the wider kitchen team.

Requirements

Previous Chef de Partie or strong Commis Chef experience.

Knowledge of Italian cuisine and pizza making.

Experience or understanding of wood-fired pizza ovens.

Confident running a section independently.

Passionate about quality and attention to detail.

Reliable, organised and able to work well under pressure.

Pay: £35,000.00-£50,000.00 per year

Experience:

• Italian cuisine: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

• Food Hygiene Certificate (preferred)
