We’re looking for a Full-Time CDP Chef to join our kitchen team at Macdonald’s Farm, working closely with our Head Chef.

We’re a busy, independent 5 star family-run farm, campsite, café, bar and restaurant in Cornwall, welcoming campers, holiday guests, locals and families throughout the year.

WINTER SEASON — NOW UNTIL MARCH 30–35 hours per week (over 4 days a week)

Our winter menu focuses on small artisan plates, seasonal dishes and Sunday Roasts, working closely with our Head Chef.

MAIN SEASON — MARCH TO OCTOBER Up to 45 hours per week (Over 5 days a week)

From March, we move into our main season with a 6-day-a-week farm menu, including:

• BBQ & smoked meats
• Wood-fired pizzas
• Seasonal dishes and specials
• A range of different menus across the farm

Hours increase as we move into the main season, with up to 45 hours per week during our busiest periods.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has professional kitchen experience
• Takes pride in great food and presentation
• Works well under pressure and as part of a team
• Is reliable, energetic and happy to get stuck in
• Wants to develop and grow with an independent business

Live-in accommodation available — an onsite caravan can be provided for the right candidate. Januarys off.
