We are excited to announce that there is an opening for a CDP position at Miso.

Here at miso we value and encourage creativity. We are after a chef who has an eye for detail and a thirst to develop and test their skills within a dynamic kitchen. We are a restaurant who specialises in a modern Japanese styled cuisine, yet still acknowledge and use traditional techniques. These include many forms of fermentation, pickling and cooking on a Japanese konro.

At miso we let the UK season dictate our menus, yet also focus on Japanese techniques and ingredients.

We believe that we create a healthy working dynamic and one where our staff feel valued and heard.

Job Requirements:

Ability to run a section including orders

Hold a level 2 or higher food hygiene certificate

Support the team day in day out

Have experience / interest in Japanese styled food

Work in a fast-paced environment

Show advanced skill set with knives

Willingness to test your skill set and ideas
