The Parmar Collection, which includes local properties such as Black Iron, Winstanley House and The City Rooms, is looking to expand their kitchen team.

These kitchens have recently won awards such as, the best Steak house in the midlands, Leicestershire's best afternoon tea and the innovation award in hospitality for Leicestershire.

Our restaurants are open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, serving modern British cuisine cooked over charcoal. Our banqueting kitchens serve conferences, events, weddings and balls. We cook everything fresh on site and a fresh food background is necessary. We have an extensive training program for new starters including an ongoing development plan for each team member.

The role would include tasks such as assisting the head chefs around the company serve and prepare a variety of foods, keeping paperwork up to date and ensuring kitchen cleanliness at all times.

The role would be perfect for someone who enjoys learning new cooking techniques and relishes a challenge.
