What they need
Bistro Elba in Sorrento is looking for a Chef de Partie with a minimum of 2 years experience to join our team .
The ideal candidate will have the skills and passion to work within a professional kitchen team, always striving to give guests a memorable dining experience.
You must have experience in working on both the pans and grill sections as well as cold larder and a little bit of pastry experience preferred. A training background in French and/or European cuisine and a knowledge of seasonal ingredients is essential.
The candidate must have flexible availability, with Immediate start for the right candidate.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $72,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
