Chef De Partie

Levens Kitchen are currently looking for a Pastry Chef de Partie to join our brilliant catering team covering seven days per week, working DAYTIME ONLY

Levens Kitchen opened in March 2019 serving bistro/high-end café food and has already proved a huge success. The business offers brunch & lunch service along with drinks, cakes and takeaway throughout the day. A new bakery opened in July 2023 providing cakes and bread for takeaway and for sale within the restaurant.

The selected candidate will work closely with Estate staff and the Head Chef to make best use of the Estate's resources throughout the restaurant menu.

Candidate specification:

• Assist with all hot and cold food preparation assisting more senior chefs where appropriate
• Measure dish ingredients and portion sizes accurately
• Assist with deliveries and stock rotation
• Have a willingness to learn with a positive attitude
• Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and food hygiene
• Work in an efficient and orderly manner
• Help organise and maintain work areas, coolers and storage areas
• Hold a level 2 food hygiene certificate

Job Types: Permanent, Full-time

Pay: £28,700.00-£30,000.00 per year
