Job Summary

Manage daily kitchen operations across multiple outlets, ensuring cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained while supporting assigned tasks from management.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily kitchen operations to ensure smooth workflow and timely food preparation

Maintain kitchen cleanliness by implementing and monitoring hygiene standards to comply with health regulations

Perform assigned ad-hoc duties from supervisors to support kitchen and restaurant functions

Coordinate with team members to uphold operational efficiency and food safety across multiple locations

Other Information

Working locations include Newest, Flora Vista, The Promenade, Sixth Avenue, Bukit Timah, and Upper Thomson
