Grupo Maria Jose San Roman About the role: Monastrell is seeking a reliable and motivated Chef de Partie to support a high- standard kitchen operation. The successful candidate will prepare and present dishes consistently, organize their station, follow food- safety procedures, and collaborate with the wider kitchen team during service. Main responsibilities: • Prepare mise en place and execute dishes according to established recipes and presentation standards. • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safe food- handling practices. • Monitor product quality and communicate stock or preparation needs. • Coordinate effectively with the Sous Chef, Head Chef, and other kitchen stations. Profile: Previous professional kitchen experience is preferred; culinary training is an advantage. Candidates should demonstrate organization, attention to detail, teamwork, and the ability to work calmly during busy service. Salary, schedule, contract type, and start date should be confirmed by management before publication.
