Chef Position – Seafire on the Marina

Seafire on the Marina is looking for an experienced and passionate Chef to join our friendly kitchen team.

We offer 20–30 hours per week, with the opportunity for additional hours as we head into the busy summer season.

About Us

Seafire on the Marina is a premium steakhouse specialising in high-quality steaks and an extensive dry-ageing program. We take pride in working with fresh, locally sourced produce and native Australian ingredients, delivering quality dishes and memorable dining experiences.

About the Role

We’re looking for a motivated chef who takes pride in their work, enjoys working as part of a team, and is passionate about quality ingredients and great food.

What we’re looking for:

• A minimum of 5 years’ professional kitchen experience.
• A strong understanding of kitchen operations and food preparation.
• A passion for fresh, seasonal and locally sourced ingredients.
• A positive attitude and the ability to work well in a team.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to food quality and consistency.
• Grill experience is highly regarded but not essential.
