Chef de Partie

We are seeking a skilled chef to join our culinary team. As a CDP, you will be responsible for meal preparation and ensuring the highest standards of food safety and quality. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a charcoal grill based and showcase your culinary skills in front of our customers.

Duties:

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and guidelines
• Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
• Ensure that food is prepared to a high standard and in a timely manner
• Follow proper food handling and sanitation procedures
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations
• Assist with inventory management
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:

-Must be presentable and friendly, we have a open kitchen

• Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
• Attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
• Experience working in a busy kitchen with quick turning of tables

Pay: £15.00-£18.00 per hour
