About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Chef de Partie. The role will involve preparing and delivering both high quality bar food and banqueting menus, supporting smooth service across daily clubhouse trade and larger events.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, and present dishes to a high standard for banquets, conferences, weddings, and large events
• Work independently when required, confidently managing your section under pressure
• Collaborate as part of a well-run team to ensure smooth service and timely delivery
• Maintain excellent food hygiene, safety, and allergen awareness procedures
• Assist with menu preparation, mise en place, stock rotation, and daily checks
• Ensure consistency and quality across high-volume production
• Maintain excellent food hygiene and health and safety standards

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in a banqueting or high-volume catering environment
• Ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight service deadlines
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• A reliable, self-motivated chef who can work solo or as part of a team
• Solid knowledge of food safety and kitchen best practices
• Passion for high-quality cooking and delivering exceptional guest experiences
