About the role

Modern bistro, gastro - bar in constantly evolving Half Moon Bay. Full time Chefs! You will play a key role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests. We are looking for an experienced Chef de Partie!!

What you'll be doing

• Preparing and cooking high-quality, innovative dishes from our seasonal menu
• Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure consistent food quality and presentation
• Maintaining a clean, organized and efficient kitchen
• Adhering to all health and safety regulations
• Assisting with menu development and contributing ideas to enhance the dining experience
• Mentoring and training junior kitchen staff

What we're looking for

• Minimum 3 years experience as a Chef in a fast-paced restaurant or similar environment
• Formal culinary training or a relevant qualification in Hospitality/Culinary Arts is preferred
• Must be able to work late nights and public holidays
• Excellent knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
• Strong time management and multitasking skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a dynamic team
• Passion for creating delicious, visually appealing dishes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
