About the role

Chef de Partie (CDP) at KITE – Asian Contemporary Dining in Berawa, Canggu, Bali. You will manage daily kitchen operations within an assigned section, preparing and executing dishes according to restaurant recipes and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily kitchen operations within the assigned section
• Prepare and execute dishes according to restaurant recipes and quality standards
• Maintain consistency in food quality, presentation, and portion control
• Ensure proper food storage, hygiene, and food safety standards
• Assist with inventory management and ingredient preparation
• Work closely with the Sous Chef and Head Chef
• Support junior kitchen staff and maintain effective teamwork

About you

• Minimum 2 years of professional kitchen experience, preferably in upscale or contemporary dining
• Strong culinary skills and knowledge of kitchen operations
• Passion for Asian contemporary cuisine
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Indonesian language proficiency required
• Basic English communication skills preferred
