Hiring chef de parties.

Responsibilities:

• Create and develop new menu items
• Prepare and cook meals according to established recipes and standards
• Supervise and train kitchen staff, providing guidance and support
• Manage inventory, order supplies, and ensure proper food storage
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation regulations
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations

Experience:

• Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar role
• Extensive knowledge of culinary techniques and practices
• Excellent understanding of food safety and sanitation regulations
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Requirements:

• Degree or certification in Culinary Arts or related field is preferred but not required
• Knowledge of hospitality industry trends and best practices is a plus
