Previous experience as a Chef de Partie and cooking pasta dishes and main courses to the highest standard in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen is essencial.

A passion for food and working with fresh and high quality ingredients. An excellent team player with a positive and enthusiastic attitude.

An amazing opportunity has become available for an experienced Chef de Partie to join Sebastian’s Italian team.

Our Junior Sous Chef,

• £18 per hour, 48-60 hours per week
• 45-56k
• 28 days holiday entitlement .

Ideal Candidate

• Very experienced cooking pasta dishes and main courses to the highest standard in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen is essencial
• Great under pressure.
• Able to motivate the team.
• Able to show a great cooperation with the front of house.
• Loves Teamwork.
• Knowledge of health and safety.
• Able to cover all the section when needed.
• Have a strong grasp of stock control, budgets and scheduling.
