Chef de Partie

Location: NAIA Terminal 3, Pasay City
Salary: ₱33,000 - ₱35,000 per month
Job Type: Full-Time, On-Site

Job Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned kitchen station during food preparation and service
• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
• Ensure proper food presentation and portion control
• Maintain food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards
• Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory control
• Minimize food waste and maximize ingredient utilization
• Coordinate with kitchen team members to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications

• Experience in a restaurant, hotel, or food service kitchen
• Experience managing a kitchen station is preferred
• Strong cooking and food preparation skills
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
• Good time management and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Team-oriented and dependable
• Willing to work shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays

Work Schedule

• 48 hours per week
• Six (6)-day workweek
