Chef de Partie - COLD

Minimum Qualifications:

• At least 2–3 years of professional kitchen experience, preferably with cold kitchen/garde manger experience.
• Previous experience as Demi Chef de Partie, Chef de Partie, or similar position is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of salads, cold appetizers, sandwiches, canapés, dressings, sauces, and cold platters.
• Experience with food presentation, plating, garnishing, and buffet preparation.
• Knowledge of proper food storage, temperature control, hygiene, and sanitation.
• Familiarity with HACCP and food safety standards.
• Ability to maintain consistent quality, portioning, and presentation.
• Good knife skills and knowledge of basic food preparation techniques.
• Ability to manage multiple orders and meet service deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Willing to work shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php37,000.00 per month
