Work location: Yaba Arzaz, Al Khawaneej 2, Dubai

Salary: AED 4,000 per month

Job type: Full-time

Manage cold-kitchen preparation and service with consistent quality and presentation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare salads, cold starters and other assigned cold dishes.

• Organize mise en place and maintain portion and presentation standards.

• Control chilled storage, labeling and stock rotation.

• Coordinate orders with the kitchen pass.

• Maintain hygiene and minimize waste.

Requirements

• Cold-kitchen chef de partie or experienced cold-section cook background.

• Strong preparation and presentation skills.

• Sound knowledge of chilled-food handling and storage.

• Iraqi or Middle Eastern cuisine experience is an advantage.
