Luxuria Hospitality Management (www.luxuriabahrain.com) is seeking a skilled and creative Chef de Partie specialising in the Cold Section for our exciting new hospitality project in Bahrain. With an uncompromising commitment to quality, creativity, and guest experience, this is an excellent opportunity for a detail-driven chef to take ownership of a key section and grow within a professional and dynamic kitchen environment.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 3 years of culinary experience in reputable or award-winning venues, with a focus on cold section, larder, and garde manger

• Strong knowledge of cold starters, salads, terrines, cured items, and European Coastal cold preparations

• Experience with sushi and Japanese cold preparations is a distinct advantage

• Meticulous attention to detail, presentation, and portion consistency

• Able to work efficiently under pressure during high-volume service

• A team player with the ability to lead and guide Commis Chefs within the section

• Fluent in English

• Experience in inventory and stock management

• Minimum high school diploma

• Basic Food Hygiene certificate required; HACCP certificate is a bonus

• Well groomed and presentable
