We’re looking for a hands-on Chef de Partie who enjoys cooking great food, takes ownership of their section and pulls together with the team when service gets busy.

From a perfectly cooked breakfast to a lunch that brings customers back, you’ll help make every service count.

Your role

• Prepare, cook and present dishes to our recipes and standards.
• Run your section confidently, keeping quality, consistency and service times on track.
• Organise daily preparation and keep your section stocked for service.
• Work across breakfast and lunch, supporting other sections when needed.
• Follow food safety, allergen and hygiene procedures, completing accurate records.
• Check deliveries, rotate stock and maintain correct storage and labelling.
• Control portions, minimise waste and support stock counts and ordering.
• Keep equipment and work areas clean, safe and organised.
• Share your knowledge and support colleagues as part of a close kitchen team.

What you’ll bring

• Experience as a Chef de Partie, or as a capable chef ready to step up.
• Pride in your cooking and an eye for presentation.
• Good organisation and the ability to stay calm during busy services.
• A sound understanding of food safety and allergen management.
• Reliability, enthusiasm and a practical, can-do attitude.
• Availability to work a rota that includes weekends.
