Chef De Partie - DOME

What you’ll do:

• Own the rhythm of an assigned kitchen station and help keep every service smooth, consistent, and on time
• Bring dishes to life with care and precision, while keeping quality high and waste low
• Support and develop junior kitchen team members through strong standards, teamwork, and day-to-day guidance
• Keep the kitchen safe, organized, and ready for service, while contributing ideas for seasonal dishes and menu improvements

What Makes You a Great Fit:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven experience in a hotel or restaurant of a similar standard and capacity
• Strong understanding of cooking techniques, food quality, hygiene, safety, and kitchen organization
• Hands-on, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced kitchen with a collaborative team spirit
