Salary: AED 4,000 per month

Job type: Full-time

Manage a hot-kitchen section and deliver consistent dishes during restaurant service.

Responsibilities

• Complete mise en place and organize your section before service.

• Cook and plate dishes to recipe and portion standards.

• Coordinate timing with the pass and other sections.

• Monitor stock, report shortages and reduce waste.

• Maintain safe food handling, cleanliness and equipment care.

Requirements

• Chef de partie or experienced line-cook background.

• Confident hot-kitchen cooking and section management.

• Ability to maintain quality under service pressure.

• Iraqi or Middle Eastern cuisine experience is an advantage.
