Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook roasted and braised meat products according to recipes and standards
• Manage the roasting section and ensure smooth daily operations
• Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation
• Properly handle, store, and maintain the freshness of meat products
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the roasting station
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards
• Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory checks
• Coordinate with the Head Chef and other kitchen sections during service
• Assist and guide junior kitchen staff when needed

Qualifications

• At least 1-2 years of experience in roasting, grilling, or meat preparation
• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie, Roast Cook, or similar role
• Strong knowledge of roasting and braising techniques
• Knowledgeable in food safety, proper meat handling, and kitchen sanitation
• Able to follow recipes and maintain consistent food quality
• Good organizational and time-management skills
• Team player with good communication skills
• Food safety certification is an advantage
• Willing to start ASAP
