Chef de projet Infrastructure

CONTEXT :

The Project Manager (PM) will be in charge of Telecom and infrastructure projects.

He will be accountable end‑to‑end for project execution and follow‑up concerning scope and quality.  

MAIN ACTIVITIES :

• Ensure end‑to‑end responsibility for achieving program objectives in accordance with commitments made to stakeholders and strategic objectives

• Plan and animate governance bodies (steering and project committees)

• Ensure communication and coordination amongst all stakeholders

• Manage monitoring and reporting of the project scope

• Lead the detailed project plan

• Formalize functional requirements; define and implement functional solutions

• Propose functional architecture

• Anticipate and escalate potential risks and issues to program management

• Ensure execution and delivery of project milestones according to standard project governance and methodology

• Monitor project progress and ensure proper coordination between stakeholders through project and coordination committees

• Identify test environments and define the test strategy

• Lead the hand‑over process to the production team

TECHNICAL SKILLS :

• Good knowledge of IT / Telecom architecture principles

• Knowledge of IT security best practices

• Proven experience in managing project teams and senior management stakeholders
