Provide a warm, personalized welcome and attentive service, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout their experience. Advise customers on food and beverages, promote in-store offers, and develop add-on sales. Organize and coordinate the service at your station, supervise the work of waiters, apprentices, and trainees, and ensure the smooth running of service. Check the setup of the point of sale, the cleanliness of work areas, and the cleaning and tidying after service. Ensure a thorough knowledge of the menu, daily specials, and any items out of stock before each service. Handle customer requests, comments, and complaints professionally, while contributing to customer loyalty. Ensure compliance with billing and payment procedures, quality standards, and internal procedures. Participate in equipment management, minimize breakage, contribute to inventories when necessary, and ensure compliance with hygiene standards, food safety (HACCP), and safety instructions. Collaborate closely with the various hotel departments to ensure a seamless customer experience that meets the highest standards of excellence.

Desired Candidate Profile

Training in Hospitality and Catering and proven experience as a Head Waiter, ideally in a high-end hotel. Excellent customer service skills, a welcoming attitude, and a focus on customer satisfaction. Leadership, teamwork, organizational skills, and strong sales acumen. Dynamic, meticulous, and with excellent presentation. Fluency in English, French, and Arabic is essential.
