What We Are Looking For

We value leadership, personality, and poise as much as technical skill. Ideally, you possess:

• Fluency in English: Essential for our international clientele (fluency in Italian or a third language is a significant plus).
• Experience: Proven experience in a similar role within fine dining or luxury hospitality establishments.
• Excellence & Professionalism: Refined service skills, impeccable appearance, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain elegance and composure under pressure.
• Leadership & Teamwork: Strong interpersonal skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to lead, mentor, and collaborate within a fast-paced, high-standard environment.
• Passion for Venice: An appreciation for the city's rich history and culture, and a commitment to delivering an unforgettable Venetian experience to our guests.
