Join Our Team In The Position Of CHEF DE RANG / WAITER (m/f/x)

Work location: Opatija and surrounding area

Main Responsibilities

• Serving food and beverages in accordance with basic professional service standards
• Preparing the venue for special meals and events
• Proper table setting and maintaining cleanliness of tables, cutlery, and other inventory in line with aesthetic criteria and standard operating procedures
• Preparing bills and collecting payment for services provided to guests

What We Are Looking For

• Secondary education (hospitality background preferred)
• Knowledge of English; knowledge of German and/or Italian is an advantage
• Understanding of restaurant and bar operations and service procedures
• Service-oriented mindset with strong communication, organizational, and responsibility skills
• Accuracy, tidiness, and agility
• Knowledge and application of professional service standards
