Responsibilities

• Organize, supervise, and manage the daily operations of the kitchen.
• Develop, design, and update menus in line with current culinary trends and market demands.
• Lead, motivate, and train the kitchen team to ensure high performance and professional growth.
• Monitor and maintain the quality of raw materials, food preparation, and final presentation.
• Manage kitchen budgets, food costs, inventory, and purchasing processes.
• Ensure compliance with all food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.
• Collaborate with management to enhance culinary offerings and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Hospitality diploma in Culinary Arts.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of contemporary trends.
• Creativity, innovation, and passion for gastronomy.
• Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
