Chef Du Cuisine Marée | French Coastal Bistro & Bar | Spring Lake, NJ
There are plenty of restaurants looking for cooks.
We're looking for a leader.
Marée is a French coastal bistro built on thoughtful hospitality, exceptional ingredients, disciplined execution, and genuine teamwork. We believe a great kitchen is built through respect, preparation, consistency, and pride—not ego.
We're looking for a Chef Du Cuisine who can thrive in a refined, high-volume environment without compromising quality. Someone who can move with urgency, communicate clearly, lead by example, and stay composed when the tickets don't stop.
If you're looking for a place to hide on your phone, cut corners, or blame others when things get hard, this isn't the kitchen for you.
If you love the rush of a busy service, care about every plate that leaves the pass, and want to help build something meaningful from the ground up, we'd love to meet you.

The Kind of Person Who Will Succeed Here
You believe there is always a better way.
You care about the little things because they become the big things.
