We are currently seeking a skilled and qualified chef to become part of our dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare menus based on client demands and market requirements Prepare, cook, and serve dishes Oversee kitchen operations and delegate responsibilities efficiently Train and mentor chefs, apprentices, and trainees to maintain high-quality standards Supervise food quality while ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety regulations Implement and uphold safe workplace practices in the kitchen Maintain consistency in food preparation, presentation, and cooking methods according to established recipes and guidelines Assist with the recruitment and onboarding of new kitchen staff Stock take, order and manage food supply as required.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Must hold at least a Certificate IV in Cookery or Kitchen Management A minimum of one year of experience working in a commercial kitchen
• Ability to perform effectively under pressure and work independently Strong communication skills
