Chef - Full Time Position

We're looking for an experienced and passionate Chef to join our kitchen team and help deliver high-quality meals in a fast-paced hospitality environment. What You'll Do

• Prepare and cook menu items to a consistently high standard.
• Maintain food quality, presentation and portion control.
• Assist with menu development and daily specials.
• Ensure food safety, hygiene and kitchen cleanliness standards are maintained.
• Manage food preparation and service during busy periods.
• Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering and stock rotation.
• Work closely with the front-of-house team to ensure efficient service.
• Support and mentor junior kitchen staff where required.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience as a Chef in a busy restaurant, pub or hospitality venue.
• Relevant culinary qualifications (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• A positive attitude and strong team ethic.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends and public holidays.
