Pierre & Geneviève is an artisan French bakery in Bloomfield Hills, MI, born from a desire to bring the flavors, craftsmanship, and French art of living to Michigan.

We envisioned a warm and authentic place where customers can experience the iconic products of a true French bakery, prepared with respect for traditional French techniques and savoir-faire.

A new chapter is about to begin with Bistro Pierrot, opening right next door with a new concept: generous, authentic, homemade traditional French cuisine, available to enjoy on-site or to take away.

Our ambition is to create a true French destination in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan.

BAKER / PASTRY CHEF / SOUS-CHEF / CASHIER

Bistro Pierrot currently building our team and are currently hiring:

CHEF /SOUS-CHEF / KITCHEN STAFF / SERVERS / FRONT-OF-HOUSE STAFF

We are looking for passionate, dedicated, and experienced professionals who would like to join our team and embark on a unique professional experience in the United States.

Ideal candidates will have:

• Professional experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment
• Strong organizational and production skills
• Ability to maintain consistent quality and presentation
