Hursey Seafoods is looking for an experienced, enthusiastic Chef for an immediate start in our busy waterfront restaurant in Stanley, on Tasmania's stunning North West Coast.

Located beneath the iconic Nut, Hursey Seafoods offers a true fleet-to-plate experience, with our family's fleet of nine fishing boats supplying premium wild-caught Southern Rock Lobster, fresh fish, abalone and scallops from Tasmania's pristine waters.

Our recently refurbished restaurant showcases the very best of Tasmanian seafood, and we're looking for a chef who enjoys working with exceptional produce, thrives in a busy kitchen and can bring creativity and flair to our menu.
