Chef Manager

Job Introduction

An opportunity has arisen within Catering and Cleaning Services for a Chef Manager to join the team at Park View Primary ,Leeds LS11

Your main responsibility will be to lead a team in providing a complete catering operation within an agreed budget.

The role will also include management of staff, liaising with representatives, promotion of the services that FM Catering and Office Services offer, maximising sales and achieving customer satisfaction as well as performing varied hands-on kitchen duties.

Chef Managers must hold the following:

• NVQ Level 2 in Food Preparation (Essential) or equivalent i.e. City & Guilds 706/1 & 2 NVQ Level 3 Food Hygiene Certificate (Essential)
